Returns:

In the unlikely event your item of clothing is faulty please email us at SmartCarpClothing2020@hotmail.com with as much information as possible including pictures. We will get back to you in 2/3 days and arrange a replacement.

Please be very careful when choosing your size. We have gone to great lengths to take away the guessing of size and the variance of size between clothing brands.

Every Smart Carp Clothing product has its own size chart. The garments are manufactured to these sizes.

Simply take an item of you own clothing lay it completely flat and measure as shown on the chart. Match this against the sizes show. It couldn't be easier but if in any doubt just ask us, we are always happy to help.

As all Smart Carp products are manufactured for us and sent already packaged we do not have the facility to repackage returned items. We are a small company and cannot afford to cover delivery costs involved. Also for hygiene reasons the goods we send out are brand new and have not been tried on. Following our size chart as stated above there should be no reason for ordering incorrect size. We are here to help.

In some cases we will try and help BUT items must have intact packing and returned in the condition you received and would be happy to receive. All costs for delivery must be covered by customer and this will include return of the item to Smart Carp and delivery of a new item.
